Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Together and Together Pro. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
Agreement
Together is provided by the developer identified on its App Store product page. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region are not limited by these terms.
App license
Together is licensed, not sold. The Apple Standard EULA governs your license to use the app. These Together terms supplement that agreement and do not replace or conflict with it. If there is a conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Together helps you count relationship days, view milestones, personalize the app and widgets, and schedule optional reminders. Date calculations and reminders are provided for personal, informational use and may depend on your device calendar, time zone, notification settings, iCloud availability, and operating system behavior.
Together Pro purchases
Together Pro may be offered as weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and as a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Apple shows the current localized price and billing period before you confirm. Apple processes payment, renewals, cancellations, refunds, purchase restoration, and Family Sharing eligibility. Subscriptions continue until canceled through your Apple Account settings. Deleting Together does not cancel a subscription.
Your content and data
You keep responsibility for names, dates, photos, and other content you add to Together, including having permission to use it. Structured relationship data may sync through your private iCloud account. Custom photos remain local. Review the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
Acceptable use
Use Together only for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or reverse engineer or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Together. Some functions depend on Apple, iCloud, StoreKit, RevenueCat, network access, or supported operating system versions and may not always be available.
Warranty and responsibility
Together is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The warranty and liability terms in the Apple Standard EULA apply. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.
Ending use
You may stop using Together at any time. Your right to use the app may end if you materially violate these terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Ending use does not automatically cancel an active subscription, which must be managed through Apple.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Together, its purchase options, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised. Continuing to use the app after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
